Why not to crete WEB pages based on des2k repository on the fly ? All what you need are meta modell views ( CI_XXX ) and/or API packages ( documented in on-line help ). As WEB gateway to ORACLE-DB you can use OWS 1 or 2 from ORACLE or Public Domain ( Sharware ) version like OWA or MOVI.
