We have a very interesting/annoying TAR open related to this. It seems that when we try to create a rollback segment with INITIAL=1M, NEXT=1M and MINEXTENTS=5 and OPTIMAL=5M the rollback segment is created, but with an actual size of 5302272 but an optimal size of 5242880.
Then when it's used, the client gets a ORA-01581: attempt to use rollback segment (6) new extent (3) which is being allocated.
