Oracle book's search capability is terrible

The Oracle online documentation disk and the support notes disk are
accessed using the "Oracle Book" utility. Unfortunately Oracle book's
search capability seems to be terrible. An example is you can be
looking at a page describing oracle error ora-xxxxx, and then go into
the find box and type ora-xxxxx and it won't find it!



The indexing function doesn't seem to be much help either, and
it forces you to endlessy scroll down a long.... list.



Does anyone have a resonable way to search oracle book documents?
It really defeats the purpose of online documentation if there isn't a
way to do a comprehensive search!!!
