That's correct. The Win95 installer won't install Win16 products.

Two things. You need to go PO7Win95 production or the trial version of the production version. The production version, unlike the beta, contains upgrades to the 16bit rsf layer(oracle client libs) which allows 16bit apps to connect to the Win95 database.
