it works great. less headache.
write if you want more details, i've had it up for several months.

and the top 10 reasons
why not use 7.x on nt3.51:
10. you own apple stock (sucker!)

9. your religion claims bgates is the anti-christ.
8. you own a copy of NT 4.0.
7. you think windows 95 is viable.
6. your positive that any os requiring 32 MB to 
run effectively on a PC can't be written correctly.
5. you already have a functioning sparc.
4. see 5, subst: HP, Alpha, etc...
3. you have a functioning linux box and can
program in perl relatively well.
2. you think assembler *is* object oriented.

and the number one reason why not to use oracle on NT is:

you borrowed a copy from the office to use at home and some guy in a polyesther suit and dark glasses keeps asking to use your phone to call the animal shelter (SPA or SPCA? hmmm)
