Looking for a nice Forms 4.5 template , suggestions ?

I'm currently involved in a development project, on a very tight schedulle (well, aren't we all?) but in this particular case and since I'm using Oracle technology for the very first time, I'm on a really tight schedulle.

So I come here pleading help for any Oracle guru that might be listening :-)

We are trying to generate as much as possible with Designer/2000, but what I really need in order to save some time is finding a good Forms 4.5 template (to serve as the base for forms generator).

-Do you have one you can spare to a newcomer to Oracle ?
-Could I find something like that available in Oracle's site ?
-What elements should go into a form template ?
