No, actually in the MS Windows environment, the default functionality is to "Select" all the text and display the rightmost portion of it when a user TABS/ENTERS (Key-Next-Item) into the Next Item. Unfortunately, changing the alignment does not affect this.

I have also been asking Oracle and others whether there is a way around this and have not received a work-around to this problem. I am repeatedly told that this is typical Windows functionality.
