If you are running under Windows 3.1, please ensure that you have configured SHARE.EXE correctly for your PC. Failure to do so may result in the behaviour you describe. For more details,see

$(ORACLE_HOME)\BPMOD10\BPMOD10.TXT in your client-side Designer/2000 install area.
