O7 vs Sybase 10.x Study Pls Help...

I have been charged with setting direction for my company as far as which
RDBMS
to use. We currently have Oracle 7.1.6 and Sybase 10.x and I must choose
between the two.
Please send me your experiences with either db, I would also like to know
what
lead your company to select the RDBMS that you are currently using.
We are currently using both db's on the SunOs SUN Sparc machine.
