You must create a listener, and set up the directory mappings. It is not fun. As you try to devine all the stuff that needs to be put in, you can gain solice from reading the "svxxxwl.cfg" file in the admin directory. This is the configuration file, and you may be able to compare the one you are trying to get to work with one that works.
I would be pleased to be on that mythical mailing list too.
