The OraclePress books are up at the Osborne/McGraw-Hill page. The URL is http://www.osborne.com/oracle. You can download source code from many of the Oracle Press books. The newest Oracle Press book - PL/SQL Programming - is there, complete with a sample chapter and I think, source code.
