I will tell you where I concluded this info from.
1.) The main info comes from a very famous german magazine (c't) that
had this in an article (March issue): (translated, so no guarantee for
correctness)
"The PRPQ (Program Request For Price Quotation) distribution method was
chosen. You have to ask your IBM rep (he should be experienced with
RS/6000) and order using a Special Order and the secret code 5799.QTZ."
Sorry for this _very_ poor translation! The conclusion the author of
the article makes: "[...]not made for distribution."
2.) My father works for IBM and he said it is not very easy to get a
PRPQ-product, but you CAN do it. (BTW: He does _not_ work for PSP but
the mainframe distribution division.)
