What do you infer by the word 'dump'?
IBM has OS/2 for Power PC for sale.
They did announce there was no further development planned for 1996. That does not preclude the possibility of a major development effort in 1997. That does not preclude the possibility of a change of mind and start of a development effort in 1996.
