I have a problem shutting down my PO7 Win95 database. Using the 'Stop Database' icon gives a dialog box telling me that the database is shut down, but it isn't.
Then using SQL*DBA, connecting as internal and running shutdown, the database go down but i still have the oracle icon in my tray. Also pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del lists 'oracle72' as still running. Killing this process removes the icon from the tray.
Anyone else experienced this problem ? In that case did You find a solution ?
Regards, Steinar
