Only one small thing you forgot to mention: Oracle Universal Server is in no way comparable to Informix Universal Server. The biggest diffrentiator is the fact that the USER can extend the server (build new datatypes etc.) in Informix but Oracle Corp. has to do the work in OUS. I guess Oracle mrketing will have no problems with that though. BTW, aint it strange that Oracle announces their Universal server roughly 3 weeks after Informix did? Good ol' 'Mee too' yell IMHO. My opinions etc.
