Regardless which terminal/terminal emulation you are using, CTRL+K will always bring up a window thats shows the keys that appropriate for the terminal defined by $ORACLE_TERM or if $ORACLE_TERM is not set, $TERM.
On a vt100, the menu keys are invoked with the numeric keypad 0 key (make sure NUM LOCK is OFF).
