We have just deployed a pretty small application using Power Objects, but with PO7 as a back end. This gives acceptable performance so far (tables < 10000 rows, not too many repeaters or master/detail relations on forms). We run this on a 486-50 or above with 16M (to give the server enough space). The main advantage of Power Objects is the rapid build time (if you have the mindset for this sort of environment; my teammate does, I don't think I do!). Version 2 (beta next month, production soon after, so I hear), and Oracle Lite, will make a great combo if they live up to expectations.
