I currently run an Oracle 7 Workgroup database for my companies product transactions.. I am looking for a software package that will allow customers to track their orders VIA touchtone telelephone..
does anyone know of anything like this existing for oracle.. I've seen a few companies that have it for xBase style databases.. so I would guess it's outthere somewhere for oracle as well :)
any help would be appreciated.. Thanks :)
