SQL*Net for Windows '95

Does anyone know if there is a version of SQL*Net for Windows 95? If so and you are using it, have you had any problems with it since installing it? At our site, we have noticed network connections flaking out from time to time and we are wondering if it might be a SQL*Net problem. We are currently using Version 1.2.7.9.1 and 2.1.3.0.0.
