7.1 -> 7.2 upgrade (NT)

Upgrading from 7.1 to 7.2 on NT. Deinstall 7.1, install 7.2, move db files around, create instance. Try to startup from sqldba and get error "insufficient privileges" even though I'm connected as "internal". Any ideas??
