call 1-800-ORACLE1 and ask for Personal Developer/2000 trial product or buy a book from Oracle press ORACLE DEVELOPER/2000 HANDBOOK WITH CD (ISBN 0-07-882180-0) by ROBERT J. MULLER (McGraw-Hill publication). with this book you receive the above mentioned CD.
