I downloaded it quite some time ago...eventually had to do the three-part download(approx 6M each. Usually that message means that the server is busy. It may also mean that the file is no longer available.  If all else fails after a few more tries, let me know and I'll send it to you...keep in mind that this is a MONSTER download.
