     No, my complaint was that the shot was unconditional. Somehow communication has to occur or the project can't get done. If someone is so uncommunicative that all he can do is hide in a dark room (or however you want to word it), he isn't competent regardless of his technical skills. As to the water cooler boys, they're at the opposite end.

     HEY! There are some of us in the middle who communicate as much as necessary but don't gab.
