HELP WITH ORACLE DEV. 2000 REPORTS DESPERATE!!!

Please help with this major pain in the _at_%$$&!*@.

We're creating reports using Oracle Developer 2000, and porting them over to a UNIX box where we run them in character mode. Our page breaks are consistently off 2 or 4 rows.
