How much memory do you have in your server? You may need to
increase the amount of memory and create a larger SGA
(INIT.ORA parameters) to get it to run. We have 64MB of RAM
in our NW 3.12 server running Oracle 7. I seem to recall
that CATALOG.SQL will fail if the memory resources aren't
sufficient. NetWare certainly will crash if memory gets
scarce.
