Mainly multi-user support, row-level locking.
It can also handle industrial sized databases a lot better. PC RDBMSs are geared towards workgroups and individual user databases. Try using Access on a 20 gigabyte data warehouse and you'll see what I mean. Then try Oracle. Like someone else already said - their not even in the same league.
