No, I've been told by oracle development that the stored procedures that are installed are not used, except at compile time. The only reason I have been
given is that at compile time those procedures must be there. So why should I waste 200m of system tablespace on stored procedures that are never executed and I am not license to execute. And, that prevent me
from installing my own MRP system and my own INV system.
