Why Oracle Power Object can not connect remote server ?

Hello:
I have download Oracle Power Object from oracle, but when I cerate a new application and connect to a server ,but the database just have "none" and "Blaze" ,why ???
How can I connect to a remote server like Oracle7 for NT use Power Object ?
