Isn't OS/400 ver 2.3 getting a bit old? Oracle may be getting close to the point where they will want to withdraw support. Supporting both 2.3 and Version 3 with the same code is a bit tricky, and it woould be nice get everyone to move to the new version. Even IBM may drop support on 2.3 eventually.

Also, if you are using TCP/IP, it is a bit faster in the later release (3.0 or 3.1). Received on Mon Dec 18 1995 - 00:00:00 CET
