Display items in 4.5.6.3.3

I have a problem with display items in forms 4.5.6.3.3, i want the item to have the same color as the color on my canvas, but when i define the display item, with that same color, it become at lighter at runtime.

INFORMATION Canvas:

 Foreground color: black
 Background color: r55g70b85
 Fill Patteren   : transparent

Display item:

 Foreground color: black
 Background color: r55g70b85
 Fill Patteren   : transparent

I use cde1.pal.

I there a workaround or ?
