Dave,

I would check to see if your menu generate does in fact create a MENUT.MMX
file.  If this file does exist, check the directory name in which the .MMX
is created against the directory path(s) set with the FORMS45 variable.
( If you're using the MS-Windows version of the product, you should see the FORMS45 variable in file WINDOWS.INI, section [CDE]. ) Forms will find your menu if it is on this path.
