Dave,
I would check to see if your menu generate does in fact create a MENUT.MMX file. If this file does exist, check the directory name in which the .MMX is created against the directory path(s) set with the FORMS45 variable.( If you're using the MS-Windows version of the product, you should see the FORMS45 variable in file WINDOWS.INI, section [CDE]. ) Forms will find your menu if it is on this path.
