Dear Netters ,
I've downloaded the 'Webserver Option' from Oracle Web site and installed it according to the instructions given. I try to connect to the server and register according to the instructions using Netscape without success. I started the server using 'wlctl start 8888' (8888 is the port # suggested in the installation instruction). When I use Netscape to connect to the server , it's connected to the host but waiting for the server to response but the server is not responding. We've also 'telnet hostname 8888' and it seems like the server is not listening to any request. I also have problem with 'wlclt'. After I stop the server using 'wlctl stop 8888' , the proccesses are still running and I cannot restart without manually killing the processes. We are running SunOS 5.4 on Sparc 5. If you have any suggestion ,please let me know.
Thanx
