Well, I can't talk for the US Oracle offices. But here in The Netherlands tech support has almost no delays. After selecting the group I want to talk to (using the digits on my phone) it takes about 30 secs and yes: I'm talking to an Oracle-person.

I have called them about 6-8 times at different times and every time it's about 30 secs. Most of the times I got my answer right away. And a few times the called me back about 1-2 hours later....

So, perhaps Oracle US should call to Oracle in The Netherlands, or perhaps transfer some of their calls over here :-)
