Text Converting Tool For Oracle Forms 4.5

Does anyone know if there exists a tool which can convert Oracle Forms 4.5 fmb or fmt to a well structured human readable format?

I know I can see the ascii output in fmt, but the format is awkful. You can see the PL/SQL text but you just don't know which trigger it belongs to. I would prefer something like the inp format in Forms 3.0.
