Auto Documenting with Oracle

We have established an Oracle database on an HP 755 with Trusted Oracle 7.0.16. We did not use any of the case tools to develop the database. We would now like to extract data dictionary type documentation from the system tables and user tables if data required is not in system tables, i.e. definition of fields. Does anyone know of commercial tools or has developed custom programs for producing this type of documentation.
