Calling winhelp from Oracle Forms 4.5.6.3.3

If you can call winhelp with context sensitive help, please e-mail me and let me know how. Oracle support appears to not know how and we do not want to use windemo.dll because it is not supported.

This is our configuration:  

Oracle Forms 4.5 (Designer) Version 4.5.6.3.3 (Production) Oracle7 Server Release 7.1.3.0.0 - Production Release

     With the distributed and parallel query options
     PL/SQL Release 2.1.3.0.0 - Production
