Oracle with DEC Alpha

Greetings all...
I've got a DEC Alpha 4000/610 running Oracle 6.0.37 _at_ 128 mb.
My concerns are with the following parameters. Are they valid or what?
pgflquo=75000
wsextent=32768
wsquo=16384
bytlm=64000
The SGA is 32mb.
So... Anyone out there in net land have an Alpha, and if So, am I close or not in regards to these?
Any info appreciated.
