I've considerable experience with Oracle7 7.1.3 and Windows NT 3.5 and 3.51. They are quite compatible and, with the way Oracle has packaged its Enterprise Workgroup Server for NT, a breeze to install and configure, if any configuration at all is required (that would be mostly an application issue.)
I believe EWS costs $199/seat for the server and $99/seat for each client. You should check with Oracle Client Relations at 415-506-1500 for a price quote.
