My suggestion is to use replicated 7.2.x databases. I would reccomend
against using ACCESS with ORACLE 7.x because of the limitations that I
have experienced while using it in a project I was just working on.
Using Forms 4.5 is also good if you are familiar with the tools. The
only problem with using Personal Oracle 7 is that it needs 16M for it
to run, although you might consider Power Objects, but like you I'm a
little bit wary of new products.
