I didn't go, but I read the following, which is probably the group that you want. I'm not sure how to contact DEVOUG, but the phone book might help.

The next meeting of the Delaware Valley Oracle Users' Group (DEVOUG) will be held on Friday, October 13, 1995 at the Blair Mill Inn in Willow Grove. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The registration fee is $15 (waived for members). There is also a fee for all those who opt to attend the catered lunch (see below).

The keynote address will be "The Care and Feeding of a VLDB" by Bob Manieri of Ford Electronics. Morning presentations include "Proactive Database Management Layout" by Eyal Anonoff of R*Tech Systems, "DBA*Connect" by Mike Hillanbrand and Joe Hudicka of MFG Systems, and "Optimizing SQL" by Andy Chasin of DBE Software Inc. Afternoon presentations include "Documentum vs. Oracle" by Jack Myers of Wyeth Ayerst, "Repository - As a Part of an Information Infrastructure" by Anne Marie Smith of PECO Energy Co., "Recovering Designs - A Step by Step Approach (Designer/2000)" by Nick Donatone of MFG Systems, "ISAM to Oracle Conversion" by David Horvath of CGI Systems, and "Oracle 7 Performance Tuning" by Christopher Sirna of Platinum Technology. There will be a product demo by Shiva Technologies, and BBN will speak on their Clintrial product. The vendor room will open after the keynote address.
