How to print OCR and OMR from ReportWriter v1.2 or v2.0?

-We are looking for a solution to print OCR characters and OMR
codes from Sql*ReportWriter v1.2 or Oracle*Reports v2.0.
-Open to any other tools to do the job.
-Printers used: HP LaserJet 4si and DEC Laser2100+
-Platforms: Unix (HP & DEC) and Windows as Clients
