We're running FAT on NT Server and W/S and haven't seen any problems. Dunno about NTFS.

We've installed the tools to a Netware 4.1 fileserver. Following the procedures written by Oracle (copy DLL's, modify oracle.ini, etc.) for client installation is pretty straightforward. I do recommend saving the old DLL's, as we have noticed some apps (MS-Office) die on heavily tweaked or non-standard clients.
