Calling Microsoft Help Topic from Forms 4.5

Hi!

I'm trying to find a way to open a MicroSoft help file from Oracle Forms so that it opens the help file to a specific help topic. I know that Powerbuilder has some built in functions that do this for you, but I have not been able to find anything like that in Oracle Forms.
