National Language Support in Oracle Reports

Hi

We are looking at developing a multilingual application to support about four European languages. According to the documentation, there seems to be a lot of functionality supplied by NLS Workbench to develop multilingual forms but not much in Reports. In forms, for example, you can pull out all your strings, translate them, store in libraries and pull in the correct strings either at generation time (ie one executable per language) or at runtime (ie one (complex!) executable). Is similar functionality provided for Reports? If so, where can I get some documentation?
