Oracle Power Objects

Can anybody help me with the following questions?

1. Is there any way I can overide a default menu item? Say, I want to override the 'Done' menu item in the preview menu for a report so that I can enable a control in a different form. Does report.openpreview load the report into memory? If so, does clicking on 'Done' unload it from memory? I tried finding all over the place , no luck...
2. When you use the ValueList property for a combo box OPO does not let me programmatically set/reset the value of the combo edit box ? Also can I set a default value for the edit box in the combo box if it is alreday bound to a value list?
