First of all most of these are a function of the underlying database control and underneath that the underlying database access mechanism, and underneath that the underlying database. The grid has nothing to do with Indexing and Transaction processing.

That said:

Overkill for most data access applications. Grid/VBX is a stripped down version and is pretty lame.

 Best overall grid.

 Never used it

Not nearly as good as TrueGrid with the exception that it gives better visual clues when editing records. It does not give nearly as much control over the grid appearance as TrueGrid.

I can write software but can't market it. I want to join with a startup software company.
