OPO with OS2

Can anybody help with the following :
I am trying to use OPO with WIN-OS2.
I have started SQLVDM and am able to run SQLPlus under WIN-OS2 and sucessfully connect to a remote database.
But when I runup OPO and select "New Session" it does not give any options for databases, just "(NONE)" comes up in the popup box.
I have searched INI's but cannot find anything that seems to make any difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
