I am running PeopleSoft on Oracle 7.1.3.3.6 on NT 3.51. Is there anybody out there with the same system?

I am currently having a problem I cannot figure out:

There is a PeopleSoft application called psorasql that creates a new database and uploads all the initial data. It runs from an MS-DOS 6.22 client via SQL*Net v1 TCP/IP. It consistently crashes the instance on the server. I get a Dr. Watson popup on the console which doesn't tell me anything. It always dies on the same SQL statement. If I use a different initial data set, it will consistently die on a different SQL statement. These statements are always ANALYZE TABLE data ESTIMATE STATISTICS.

Can anybody help?
