Delphi/Oracle: SLOW SQL!

I used Delphi CD into my CD_ROM dirve and installed my delphi. But I felt it is very slow to access the Oracle server. I can access oracle server very quick using SQL through SQL*PLUS, but very very slow(average 2 min) throght delphi TTABLE and Tquery, I don't what is happening. Do I need to install SQL Links or that is already installed when I installed DELPHI CD. if it is, How to get check? if I didnot install SQL Link, then where can I get SQL Link disk?
