Sorry, if this issue was discussed enough.
I just downloaded Oracle Workgroup Server for Windows NT and am trying to have oraperl installed.
I have perl and oraperl source with me. Oraperl README says I need Oracle Pro*C to compile it. I guess it means that I have to have precompiler, necessary headers and library for oracle function calls. (????)
I looked for all the directory where Oracle Workgroup Server for NT is installed. But I couldn't find anything except few C OCI examples under c:\ORANT\RDBMS71\OCI.
I am kind of lost here. Do I have to contact Oracle to buy Pro*C? Is it possible to buy Pro*C with 90 days trial license?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
